When does my product ship?

We take a different approach to fashion compared to the mass production companies out there. We want to think about the environment in the process! For that exact reason, we decided to only create fresh items once we receive an order. Usually, this just takes a few days from creation to quality control and have it on the way to you!

What shipment options can I choose from?

Based on your address our website will calculate automatically the best options for your locations. You don't mind the lower-priced option in exchange for a bit longer waiting, we have it for you! You need an item faster? We have also express deliveries. Just remember we always need some time to create your fresh items before we can ship them.

Can I return goods for free?

For EU customers you have the right to return goods for 14 days. For customers outside the EU, all sales are final. Honestly, we don't believe in free returns without a reason. At the same time, we promise we care for our customers! We do our utmost best to reflect all sizing aids for you to select the right item. If something doesn't fit well or something is wrong, contact us. We ask just a quick picture of the issue and we work with you to find the best solution for both of us. In which other online store do you get such a personal approach? Are you not sure about anything before ordering? We provide plenty of free ways to contact us including e-mail, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp!


I order something and I checked the sizing tables, but still, it doesn't fit me well!

What support languages do you provide?

Although our website is kept as universal as possible we can support you in English, Dutch and French. As we are a startup company we will add more languages in the future!
