Update from November 26th 2020
Dear customers, first of all, we hope everyone is still staying safe. Online shopping is becoming more the norm during these special times. The previous investments in production allow us to remain very timely in shipping our products out. Although with the increased online shopping, you probably already hear in the media that delivery companies have challenges to keep up with the flood of packages. We start to see delays up to 14 days in deliveries. For this reason, and all of us to keep an upcoming holiday cheer, we advise placing your orders by December 4th to give it enough chance to make it your way. Remember, we also offer digital gift cards as an alternative for your Timondi gifts.
Update from June 23rd 2020
Hi, all out there! First of all, we want to thank you for sticking with us getting through this stormy weather. You all have been shopping massively online in the past few months and scaling up production during this pandemic has proven to be a real challenge. More space (a larger sea) was required to expand production with additional capacity and our wavies (workers) needed more distance from each other to stay safe and return to calmer seas to work in! We are happy to announce that our creation times became shorter again and closer to the indicated times in our store. Your items will ship out faster again thanks to the increased capacity and dedication of our wavies. Although, outside of our control, are the current shipping times once your item left us to explore the outdoors and find you out there. We can see slight improvements in shipping times. Although while commercial flights are still limited globally we can observe some items hitting longer waiting queues before embarking on their road trip, air trip, or sea trip across the world. Many of your items will even still undertake an international road trip. Be sure, your items are making good travels and are looking forward to arriving in your hands! Stay safe!
Update from April 10th 2020
We have seen longer delays by our different shipping carriers. Once packages are handed over to the shipping logistics you will receive a tracking code. Once you have received the tracking code, we have seen delays between 5-10 days of delay. It is normal if certain stages of your tracking remain idle for a few days but eventually do progress again. All packages so far have been delivered.
Orders within the EU
Orders within Europe are the least impacted as the country where we manufacture is currently not heavily impacted. To keep it this way, our manufacturing site has put in place social distancing practices and provides additional protective equipment. We also alternate between product types being manufactured each day so each production line has non-operating production lines beside them. This helps create plenty of safe areas for our workers to produce your items.
Orders within the US and Canada
Orders from the US & Canada are more impacted because of the 'Safer from Home' order. Our two manufacturing facilities in the US are currently closed and may resume low capacity as per next week. We can manufacture your items in Europe and ship them to you in the US. Although keep in mind you may be charged additional import fees and taxes. These fees and taxes will be for you as a customer to pay when accepting the delivery and are not refunded nor compensated by Timondi.
In case you place an order and we notice we can only produce the given item from our European facility, we will e-mail you personally asking for your approval, delay manufacturing until we can produce it within the US or cancel your order free of charge.

Orders outside of the EU, US and Canada
Till further notice, we will manufacture these orders from our European manufacturing site. Please keep in mind that this may add additional delays to locations at a far distance. This also may add additional taxes and fees which are for the customer to be paid upon accepting the delivery and are not refunded nor compensated by Timondi.
