      We have a passion for travel, life, and all senses associated. Chances are you share this passion. We seek to create quality products that our customers can enjoy with a wink to these core inspirations.

      When will my product ship?

      Most of the products will be fulfilled and get shipped within 5 working days. Some products like pillows take up to 7-10 working days to be manufactured. As you can read we produce our products upon ordering so we can offer a diverse range of products for everyone's taste and personality, sustainably without overproduction.

      What does fulfillment mean?

      Once you place your order successfully it is placed in our production queue so you get a fresh product made just for you while you can be assured we never overproduced. The time between entering our production queue and leaving our production facility is called the fulfillment time. From here your new item just needs some extra time for our transporters to get it to your doorstep.

      Will I be notified when my order ships?

      Absolutely! Our shop is fully integrated with our production line. The moment your product ships out of our production site, you will receive an e-mail together with your tracking code.

      Will I be able to track my order?

      Yes! All our current shipping offers allow tracking your package once fulfilled and shipped out of our manufacturing site.

      Can I upgrade my shipment choice after I placed my order?

      If you placed an order but would change your mind with regards to shipment speed, contact us as soon as possible. As long as your product didn't ship yet, there is a good chance we can still change the shipment. Additional charges may need to be paid. We will provide payment instructions using our secure payment options.

      Is my payment secure?

      Yes! we work with global leaders in payment transactions. Credit card transactions are processed through © Stripe's secure online platform. We also fully integrated with © Paypal to offer any payment option you have setup. For © Bankcontact and © Ideal we process your orders through © Mollie online payments. Any payment details remain with © Stripe, © Mollie, and © Paypal. Both world leaders in secure online payment processing used by many other large companies.

      I like your products, but nothing matches my taste or personality!

      We are here to listen and create products for our customers. Our manufacturing and design process allows us to be very flexible and we keep adding products and designs to our store regularly. You can always e-mail, DM us on Instagram or Facebook with your design idea or request. Chances are we consider creating something for your personality, taste or even highly customized using our designer teams! We love to hear from our customers.

      I'm not sure about the size I should order

      All our products provide as detailed information as possible. If we have been made aware before that sizes tend to run small or large, you will find this note within the product descriptions. Each product also contains sizing charts in the descriptions. We ask our customers to follow the charts and not order different sizes just for fitting purposes. If you are still uncertain, please contact us through e-mail, Instagram or Facebook messenger (you can find a chat icon on our shop page).

      I received my t-shirt or hoodie but it has a vinegar smell?

      Our production process is a real on-demand process with minimal use of harsh chemicals. A vinegar-based solution is used to fixate our popping colors to your newly created item. While it isn't harmful we understand you may not like a vinegar small, a quick was before starting to wear your shirt will solve this. We would always recommend washing any clothes you buy anywhere (online or in-store) before wearing them just to be sure you take care of your skin.

      I received my t-shirt or hoodie but it has some light stains on it.

      Don't worry, depending on the color shirt the vinegar-based color fixating agent may look like stains. While our teammates are very careful during the production process, some may get overexcited making your item. Give it a quick wash before wearing it and the stains should vanish with it. We would always recommend washing any clothes you buy anywhere (online or in-store) before wearing them just to be sure you take care of your skin.

      I received my order, but something is wrong!

      We strive to deliver the best end to end customer satisfaction, and our integrated tools minimize most of the risks. Although at the same time we understand things could go wrong unwillingly. In this case, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. Please take pictures from the issue as proof incl damaged packaging, size fitting issues, wrong deliveries, and send them to us. We will work with you and our manufacturing site to work out the best solution.
